PRE-ORDERS:
We are accepting pre-orders for this sale until March 13th. Order forms and this years tree catalog can found at https://monroecd.org/spring-tree-sale/. You can also visit our office in Monroe to pick up printed order forms and submit your deposit or payments.

Pre-order deadline is Friday, March 13th. Please allow ample time for your orders to arrive if mailing in your order.
Order forms can be submitted either via mail or physically dropping off order forms and deposit at the address above. At this time, we do not accept pre-orders via email.

**We can no longer process debit/credit card information that has been recorded onto order forms. At this time, all credit/debit card transactions must occur in-person at our office. This is to ensure that all card transactions are conducted securely and your sensitive financial information is kept safe. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ORDER PICK-UP:
Spring Tree Sale Pick-Up will take place on Friday, April 10th, at the Monroe County Fairgrounds. All pre-orders can be picked up here between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Please bring the green postcard you received in the mail with you, as this will help us speed up the order collection process for you!

If for any reason you are not able to make arrangements to pick up your orders on Friday, 4/10, you must reach out to us ASAP. Orders not collected on Friday will be charged a $10.00 late fee per day past pick-up date. Any orders not claimed by the following week will be cancelled and any payment received will be considered forfeited and donated to Monroe Conservation District.

OVERSTOCK SALE:
Any unsold inventory (trees, hostas, fertilizers, rain barrels, etc.) will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Get there early to have the best selection!
We will be accepting cash, check, and card payments (4% card fee) for remaining order balances and overstock sale purchases.

We appreciate the support our community shows at all of our annual Conservation Tree and Plant Sales. All proceeds from these sales directly support the Monroe Conservation District.

VOLUNTEERING:
Looking to lend a helping hand? We always welcome volunteers at our tree sales to help with with putting orders together and assisting staff during pick-up! If you are interested in volunteering, please call us (734-265-9313)
